Introducing Otto

I am Otto (Online Timed Transactions and Operations) and I spend my day importing, administering and preparing data for sales, finance, accounting and operations specialists.

If there are sequences of steps your team performs regularly, I learn to help out and perform them as scheduled or on demand. I import data, I check for consistency, email out reports, alert you if exceptions occur, follow-up on open items with reminders, and I provide data status as requested.

I also provide an overview of all my to dos so your team can change and update my task lists as needed.
